First update:))

So that the first update on the game, here what added and some fixes, as always

Added:

- New gun

- 2 New musics

- Reactions to taking hits, getting items and Power ups

Fixed:

- Map Collisions

- Dialogue box with an "s" on the final

- Other things less interesting
